How are Sangi’s Kitchen products made?
Every jar starts with whole vegetables, pickled in measured vinegar brines and thermally processed to lock in flavour without preservatives. The recipes are refined in small runs until the balance feels right, then packed and sealed ready for your kitchen.
Are your products vegan?
Yes, all Sangi's Kitchen products are entirely plant-based. No animal products are used at any stage of the process.
Why does my jar make a pop or fizz sound when I open it?
Completely normal. Our pickles keep slowly working after jarring and that pop is just the process doing its thing.
How should I store the jars once opened?
Once opened, keep the jar refrigerated and make sure the vegetables are submerged in the brine. Use a clean, dry spoon each time and seal the lid tightly. Most jars keep well for 4 to 6 weeks once opened.
