Shipping policy

At Sangi's Kitchen, we aim to deliver your order efficiently while ensuring product quality is maintained throughout the journey.

1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India, subject to serviceability in your area.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed starting the next business day. Orders are processed on business days excluding public holidays.

Once your order is dispatched you will receive tracking details via email.

3. Delivery Timelines

Estimated delivery timelines from dispatch: metro cities 3 to 4 business days, other cities 5 to 6 business days.

These timelines are indicative and may vary due to external factors such as weather, logistics disruptions or regional constraints.

4. Shipping Charges

A flat shipping fee of ₹100 is applicable on orders below ₹999. Orders above ₹999 qualify for free shipping.

Shipping charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment.

5. Delivery Attempts & Failed Delivery

Our delivery partners will typically make up to 2 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful, additional charges may apply for re-delivery and in some cases the order may need to be collected from the courier facility.

Incorrect address details, unavailability or refusal to accept delivery may result in delays or failed delivery.

6. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed and dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.

7. Delivery & Product Handling

We take care to ensure that products are packaged securely. Upon delivery we recommend checking the package for any visible damage, storing the product in a cool dry place and refrigerating after opening if applicable.

Sangi's Kitchen is not responsible for product quality issues arising due to improper storage or handling after delivery.

8. Delays & Liability

While we strive to meet delivery timelines we are not liable for delays caused by courier or logistics disruptions, weather conditions or natural events or incorrect and incomplete shipping details.
