Her Story

Sangi's Kitchen began the way most good things do, with curiosity and a notebook full of flavours worth remembering.

Sangi is a traveller and a cook, and for her the two have always been the same thing. Across street-side cafés in Southeast Asia, busy Middle Eastern markets and quiet European kitchens, she collects what stays with her: a pickling method spotted in passing, a spice balance tasted once and never forgotten, a texture that made a simple meal feel considered. These moments go into a journal. The journal slowly becomes a kitchen.

Back home, those discoveries are tested, adjusted and made in small batches until the balance feels right. The result is a growing collection of pantry staples built for everyday cooking, not to complicate it, but to quietly lift it. A spoonful that makes breakfast more interesting. A jar that turns a simple meal into something worth sitting with.

Every product at Sangi's Kitchen is rooted in real travel and real taste. The ingredients are chosen carefully, the processes are unhurried and nothing goes into a jar until it earns its place.

This isn't food designed to impress. It's food designed to invite, to encourage you to try a new pairing, explore an unfamiliar flavour or simply make tonight's dinner a little more alive.

Curiosity bottled. One jar at a time.
